2nd ultrasound

So i went for my second doctors visit and was even more nervous this time. After what we went through last year with loosing the first pregnancy at 9 weeks i was so scared for this appointment. When i got there i was shacking and hot and nervous. The doctor came in and turned on the machine. We started the ultrasound and sure enough the baby was getting bigger and still had that amazing heartbeat. The baby was actually measuring 1 day bigger at 9 weeks 2 days, so Baby G is growing bigger and stronger each day!!!!
Seeing that heartbeat again on what marks a milestone for us was even more amazing then i can put into words. I feel so blessed to have made it this far and for the baby to be strong and healthy.
I cant wait for my next ultrasound in 2 weeks. I still have a bit of that nervous feeling that something bad will have happened between 9 weeks and the next appointment at 12 weeks, but if we make it through to the next check point i think my mind will be at ease.

1st ultrasound

I went to the doctor for my first ultrasound about a week after finding out. I was very nervous that when she put that probe to me there wouldnt be anything in there or what was in there was not alive or something horrible. Well sure enough it was definitely in there with a strong heartbeat!!!! The baby was measuring 6 weeks 1 day and looking great.
I couldnt have been more happier to see that little flicker on the screen, it just melts your heart.
